Great lounge and fitness center!

Love playing pool in the lounge or working out in the fitness center! The equipment is very up to date and can adequately accommodate each of my legs, abs, and arms days! The view from my apartment is great as well! It really gives me a sense of ATL, city living!

Great for Tech Students

Just a short walk from Georgia Tech's campus. Prices are comparable to on-campus housing. There is a beautiful pool, gym, game room, and coffee bar. Apartments look great and the management is fantastic! Parking is free and the location is great. I only have great things to say about Tenside!

Great Place to Live!

Pros: Tenside is a beautiful apartment complex and the staff is extremely helpful. The amenities are great (free computers and printing, free tea/coffee/snacks in the cafe), and the gym is very nice. The apartment itself is wonderful, with real tile floors and granite countertop... Very clean and upscale.

Cons: Parking has become more difficult in the past few months. My car has been booted once. The walls are thin and it is sometimes easy to hear neighbors above you. The mail system is not very structured.

Nice apartment, terrible management

Management is not responsive and downright insulting the majority of the time. Incidents include failing to fix toilet bowl water leaking into apartment, claiming that mold growing from building leaks was just a "fact of life" and having security threaten to call the cops on residents hosting a mother's day dinner in communal areas at 9 pm despite granting them written permission to be there, booting residents car with a booting company that would be unreachable for hours at a time. The building itself is nice and security is good apart from the parking garage, but I would never subject myself to such management practices again.

The price may fare a little high, but that being said you get a lot of bang for your buck! Very close to interstate so easy commutes for travel. Close to campus, Target, Atlantic Station, and LA Fitness. There doesn't appear to be too much traffic around the areas.

Westside has definitely come up in terms of Atlanta neighborhoods. There are tons of great restaurants in the area, and it is a very safe place to be, even at night. If you like to eat, you NEED to venture over!

Close to campus. Decent choice for food places and grocery store within walking distance. Very close to Atlanatic Station as well. If you are careful, not a very dangerous area, but not a very safe place either.

Love the area! Plenty of restaurants and stores. Not far from Atlantic Station and Howell Mill. Right off 75. About 15 mins to the airport without traffic. About 20 mins from Emory depending on traffic but it's mainly street driving.
