Sky high ceilings in the Mile High City!

We live on the top floor and the ceiling is high and vaulted with a skylight. The closets are huge! There is a sundeck on top of the building that is great for relaxing. We like that the rent includes everything except electricity and wifi and we love being able to walk to class.

Swiss Villa Apts

The biggest perk here is the proximity to campus and bike/walkability to the light rail (less than 5-10 min bike ride, 20 min walk), as well as proximity to fun restaurants and bars. We get a good amount of sunlight in the apartment and the units are very cat friendly, but no dogs. The closets are quite large and the upper level apts have big vaulted ceilings. The on-site property manager, Pat, who is also a tenant, is fantastic. Super responsive, very knowledgeable, and keeps the common spaces very tidy. The landlord, Barry, on the other hand is fine. Not a great communicator, hires the cheapest repair folks possible to do only what is absolutely necessary, not what looks good or will last. He's always threatening to make tenants pay for extra things like carpet cleaning, but never follows through. There are only 5 parking spots for the 8 units, which can be a pain, as the street parking can fill up with other apts nearby and proximity to campus. Definitely some noise from the undergrads around the block, but overall a nice spot to be.
