apartments are super new, great appliances, super close to DU, covered parking in garage

Excellent

Observatory flats is a privately owned building and most apartments within in it are bought and sold, so usually not rentable. Recently they have been renting out apartments that haven’t been purchased yet. Great location, nice amenities, really reasonable rent, and secure parking. If they are still renting out apartments next quester or year, I would highly recommend.
