Maycourt Apartment Review
Apartment: 9/10 - very spacious living area, bedrooms dining room, and kitchen; smaller closets and bathroom. Lot of space for the money
Neighborhood: 6.5/10 - everything on the Coventry side of Mayfield is great, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, cute neighborhood/ parks around the area, easy commute. Only downside is the other side of the street is a little bit more sketchy, but everything on the coventry village side is safe
Management: 8/10 - management is fairly responsive to service requests and reasonable to work with, it just sometimes takes them a while to send somebody down there. Not available on weekends
Amenities: Water and trash is free, you pay for electricity, gas, internet, etc. Kitchen appliances are all new. Small gym on site. Community washer/ dryer area (works okay). Safe packaging room/ mailboxes. Parking is extra, covered parking is available. Has AC and heating

Maycourt Apartment Review
1200 sq foot, recently renovated on the inside, comes with AC, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Laundry units and small gym in separate building. Very good value for the price, one of the cheapest units in Cleveland that comes with AC. Close to a lot of good restaurants, Little Italy, Cedar Fairmount. Biggest issues are management response times and the laundry units are often broken.
