Close to Campus
Very close to campus, about a 15-20 minute walk to most buildings on the health sciences campus. A few restaurants and a Starbucks is also within walking distance.

Reserve Overlook
The building is new and a decent walk to campus (under 15 minutes to get to One-to-One Fitness). It is also close (less than a 10-minute walk) to the train terminal. The neighborhood is safe, and I have had no issues with maintenance. However, I am not a fan of the window in the door, but overall, it is a nice space to live in.

The apartment itself is very spacious and at a convenient location between Coventry and Cedar-Lee. However, the management is not very organized and hard to get in touch with. Parking can be difficult.

Review for Reserve Overlook
I have generally enjoyed the apartment, it is within walking distance (about 12 minutes) to the CWRU School of Medicine. The building is new and has a great look. Each bedroom comes with a bathroom, and the floor plan is good overall.
However, I do not like the type of door used at the entrance of the building because it offers a clear view of the kitchen and bottom of the stairs from the outside.

Great Place to Rent
I've got so lucky with this place. My parents and I looked very late in the game, and was blessed to find this place was open just a week before orientation was meant to start. Location is pretty good (near Gym, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants) and is close enough to the HEC to drive to in about 5 minutes.
