Pretty solid place. Only a couple minor negatives
It’s pretty good. I feel very safe. Only Valerie thing is parking gate is constantly broke and other residents never throw out recycling so it builds up next to the chute

The experience so far has been great! You really get what you pay for and it is in a great location.

Love the floorpan except the closet is small.
Lots of lounge/ study areas in the apartment.
Quick response on maintenance request, great concierge services.
There are some noise toward facing pool area, but better if you are facing outward.

Great place to live
Lovely apartment with a great view, a short walk to VUMC/VUSM, and very strong safety features. Adjoined with a 5-star hotel managed by the same company, so nice amenities :)

Very nice apt complex with great amenities- close to campus and has a hotel on site so great for visitors!

Brand New but Pricey
This apartment just opened in August of 2022. I have no complaints about the apartment other than the obvious fact that it is expensive. With that said, you get what you pay for. The fridge, oven, storage space, and bathroom are all amazing. The gym is shared with the attached hotel but is never too packed and has a wealth of exercise equipment. The management team is kind and on top of things. Lastly, if you are a Vanderbilt student, it’s a short walk to campus.

Great amenities and brand new apartments
The building opened in summer 2022 and the apartments are awesome. Tons of different floor plans available. Amenities include work spaces and private work rooms, a gym, a pool, a rooftop lounge.
