Affordable and convenient.

This apartment complex is fairly priced and is in a great location >10mins from the business school. Management is professional and prompt with fixing any issues that may arise.

Great place to live, both location and marginal utility wise.

It is a great apartment. Quiet mostly, clean, has all amenities you could need, and there is a student discount deal that affordable ropes in utilities with your monthly rent. In unit washer and dryer and dishwasher in addition to the standard kitchen amenities.

Cheap 1 Bedroom, But You Get What You Paid For

This 1-bedroom apartment was the cheapest around and the interior is brand-new--new carpets, new "hardwood", new countertops, new dishwasher, new fridge, new washer, and new dryer. BUT the management isn't great. They were 2 weeks late delivering the washer and dryer, 1 week late setting up Wi-Fi, they towed my car, they left my front window (I live on the first floor) wide open, and they don't spray for bugs well.
