Horrible
Though advertised as affordable housing for students, the building was not rent controlled and they raised by rent by 150% (from $2200 to 5500) at the end of my lease. They evaded any attempts to contact them with questions regarding lease renewal and essentially forced me out to quickly find new housing - all while studying for, and taking finals.

Great location, right in front of Trader Joe's and an 8 minute walk away from campus (and Foggy Bottom metro). Also very close to Georgetown and the National Mall.
