The building constantly has issues popping up. Residents are being displaced very frequently because of construction related issues. At one point, an entire side of the building was closed off for repairs during summer 2022. There have also been instances of non-residents tailgating into the parking garage and making verbal threats to residents, this went unaddressed. During the winter holidays there was no one to clean the building and there was dog urine in the elevators for days.

Link Linden - MBA student
I love living at Link Linden because it has a great location. It is one of the closest apartment complexes to the business school. It is also right off Fordham BLVD, which is convenient, but not too close to Eastgate Crossing so the traffic isn't as bad. The management is the best. They are super fun, very responsive, and always have fun things for residents to do.

New, well-managed Apartment Complex
Highly recommend the Link Linden for MBA students. It is close to school and offers hassle free living. It is well managed and offers solid amenities + is close to a lot of retail/grocery. I do not have a pet, but it seems very pet friendly.

New building with nice amenities, but not the best management
Link apartments are close to campus (2 miles from KF business school) making it a convenient 10 minute drive to school or the Franklin Street. About 20 1Ys lived here which helped create a good community of friends. I expect prices to raise in the second year based on comments from management.
