Strongly recommend Elms Fells Point
10/10 Safety, amenities, and location with many shops and restaurants in walking distance, waterfront view and immediate access directly onto the 7 mile waterfront promenade for walking, running, etc. lots of other young professionals in the area with a safe secure indoor parking garage, great gym, and community spaces.

Elms fells point
Overall really great. Base rent for my studio is 1800 but with parking and utilities comes out to be around 2k. They'll waive the amenity fee if you work at UMMC. Gym and outdoor common areas are great and pretty well maintained. Maintenence is very quick and responsive on weekdays. All the elevators/stairwells/most doors require fob, so it's very very secure. Concierge is 24/7 so packages never get lost/stolen. I love living on the water, great for runs/walks. Fells is great too. The only downside to the building is the price.
