Division street station

Management takes excellent care of the building. Very clean. Hallways, elevators and trash room cleaned a few times a week. On top of maintenance requests. Easily reached. Inside of building very quiet.
Very noisy corner outside. If the unit you’re renting faces north or east you cannot escape the noise from motorcycles, honking horns, muscle cars etc.
NO air conditioning. Plan on buying a portable air conditioner.
