Huge apartment space. Newly renovated
My unit is newly renovated and very nice inside. I highly recommend this complex. My only complaint is unique to having children- there aren't very good sidewalks throughout the community or a safe place for kids to ride their bikes. I wish it were gated.

Excellent community and laid back management that makes sure the property is well taken care of.

Easy to commute
Avalon Calabasas wins at location. It's pretty close to Malibu and Calabasas campuses. It's also quiet and safe because of suburb. Spacious living room is great. Pools and gyms are not satisfying.
