Bad experience
I lived in this apartment for 1.5 years. The management company took way to long to fix any maintenance problems. There is only one washing machine and one dryer for the whole building. There was no natural sunlight so the apartment felt very dark. It is also loud from street noise because it is right on University. There are only 5 parking spots for the whole building so I had no parking. However, it is a good location for DU, and there are plenty of places to eat close by.
