Great apartment, but expensive
Awesome building design, great rooftop, easy access to mail and Amazon locker, everyone is pretty quiet and keeps to themselves. Apartment interior is very modern. Comes with balcony, washer/drier, dishwasher, larger closet, and parking garage. Much more expensive than I'd like, but I'm comfortable here.
I absolutely love the area, especially living right on Sawtelle Blvd. It's a relatively quiet street, but only a few blocks from all the Japanese and other Asian restaurants.
It's close to UCLA campus, and just two blocks from the 405.

No complaints. It's very expensive but comes with washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nest thermostat, and balcony. The building has basement parking, Amazon locker, and rooftop. The tenants are polite and quiet. Two blocks from all the restaurants on Sawtelle Blvd.
