<3 Fed Hill

The apartment is great - no issues with the unit. Management turns over very fast (3 new teams in 6 months), but it has not been a huge issue for me. Maintenance is very responsive and timely! It is certainly not a cheap option, but it's a great place to live. I love Federal Hill, being next to the water is amazing for long walks and fresh air. Lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops + things to do. The parking garage is nice, but it's not necessary. Covington is completely free parking and there are always spaces available. I love the gym as well.
