Boathouse

Great location, about an 8 minute drive from campus. Access to riverfront walking path. Complex is clean and wesll run.

Spacious & peaceful

The Boathouse is a pretty large complex right on the Willamette. Some apartments have amazing views of the river and Mount Hood (on a clear day). The biggest pros are (1) the views; (2) access to the river (there are a couple of kayaks that residents can use for free); (3) super friendly and helpful management; and spacious and beautiful apartments; (4) proximity to Lewis & Clark. The only real con is that it's a very quiet area without much in walking distance, though we have some go-to restaurants and bars that we can walk to.
