Nelson Kohl Apartments

The Nelson Kohl is a great place to live. It is a bit expensive, but the building is secure with a front desk and lobby and comes with a gym. The shared spaces of the library and roof are the best. The view of the train station is the best!

Super close to UBalt Law! Be careful with surroundings! Just be aware. Close to theatre, restaurants (Venezuelan cuisine and McDonald's up the street), and bus stops. PENN STATION is literally a 3 minute walk so super convenient! Great for students who do not have cars, public transportation everywhere. There's a gym! It is an art gallery as well!
There's a Dunkin Donuts inside Penn Station. There's a Chipotle, Smoothie Place, Pizza place, Asian cuisine, Peruvian cuisine, and Subway almost a 10 minute walk from UBalt and 14 minute walk from the apartment complex. If you walk a bit further, there's a Potbelly.
Can get loud when there are events. Can hear the train sometimes. Police is always nearby to patrol.

I like it here so far and I feel safe here! The property manager is super nice and personable.

This is a great building! Situated right behind Penn Station it is a seven to eight minute walk to school. The views from the front are beautiful, looking at the sunset over the skyline. There is a rooftop deck to look over the skyline as well. I seldom hear my neighbors in my area. Even though I am in a studio, it feels like more than enough space.
