Convenient enough

Conveniently located between campus and downtown and the neighborhood has certainly come a long way in terms of offerings. The property is…fine. “Pet-friendly,” but that means there are a lot of dogs—and the latent scent to back it up. In-house management team is nice and very responsive, though. Parking is expensive, and building utilities are a shared extra cost (yes, in addition to what you pay separately for your own unit).
