Ellis Station
Built in 2024, this is a new complex in a great plaza! It's located right next to a Sheetz, Publix, and small businesses, which means you are within walking distance of almost anything you need. Also great apartments with a very responsive management. Maintenance comes within a couple days. All of the amenities are also very well taken care of and actually useful--we do not have a gym membership and only use the gym and pools (outdoor and indoor) here. As the complex continues to grow in popularity, this quality of experience potentially could change, but we've had a great experience so far.
