Easy commute and fabulous neighborhood!
I love being downtown and enjoying walking proximity to all that Portland to offer. There is a Safeway on the next block, many restaurants & coffee shops within close walking distance, and a dog park nearby as well. I have a large studio (really more of an "urban 1br" as there is some separation), with W&D, air conditioning and up to date appliances. Additionally, Enso is one of a few apartment buildings that allow residents to rent their units via AirBnB. Since I commute back "home" regularly, this is a good option. Also, I love the management and staff - very friendly and responsive.
