Well located and comfortable apartment

I'm very pleased with my experience at the Westpark so far. The location is convenient, with a short walk to the GUTS bus pick-up and the metro as well as lots of local businesses. The apartment is a good size and the front desk attendants are all very friendly and attentive.

Great value and location

The Westpark provides a great value with its all-inclusive rent structure. It's located a short walk away from the GUTS shuttle pick up and the Dupont Circle metro stop, and has tons of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby.

Great place to live

Apartment building is quiet and clean with tenants ranging from grad students to retirees. The rooftop area is beautiful with a pool and grills and the laundry/gym in the basement are very convenient. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Love the area, P st has some great restaurants and is close enough to lots of good places.

Love it here!

Management is great, building is very clean and maintenance is super responsive. Front desk staff is nice and I have never had any issues with packages. The gym is small but well equipped. Rooftop pool and terrace is awesome with great views and multiple spaces to enjoy. There’s also building wifi on the roof. Downsides are that laundry is pretty expensive, but the machines are clean and work well, and parking is not included and is expensive as well. Overall I love living here.

Lucky find

Pandemic prices were the only thing really allowing us to rent here. We got ours for 300/m less than the previous renters. Great place to live if it is within your budget. Superb location and great, responsive staff

Great Location and Recently Remodeled

The units are in great condition. The location is fantastic (and directly across the street from the G2 WMATA Bus line, which takes you directly to the front of Georgetown University). There is parking available for $280 a month (indoor), and a little less for an outdoor space. The front desk does a good job notifying you of packages when they arrive and holding them. For the price, I wish there was a laundry machine in my unit, but the laundry room downstairs is good. You can check online to see which machines are in use. I like the Nest thermostats - I can set the temperature on my phone from anywhere.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment

I got my two bedroom for a steal, especially in DuPont circle. Amazingly nice building, and I can talk to so many different places. Perfect for younger people who are very social. It's newly renovated so everything looks brand new, and utilities are included which are super nice. Wish I had a choice of comcast versus verizon, though.

Dupont Circle Reviews

Great neighborhood. Very walkable, even at night I always feel safe. Usually lots of people out and about. Young community, lots of bars and some awesome restaurants. Farmers markets and outside concerts in the warm months. Easy access to foggy bottom metro (15min walk) and dupont metro (5 min walk). Lots of green space (rock creek park). Georgetown 20 min walk with great shopping. 20 min walk to AdMo with great restaurants/bars
I love the neighborhood! Perfectly situated between Dupont Circle and Foggy Bottom. Walking distance to campus, while still being separate enough to feel independent. Tons of restaurants, bars, and stores around. The neighborhood feels very safe but is quiet and residential, too.
Dupont Circle is a great area. I like that my block feels very residential, but I'm close to convenience stores, the Metro, and only a 15-20 minute walk to the law school. Sometimes I walk over to Georgetown, which is nice.
I have never felt unsafe walking home at night from campus. The area is mostly embassies and very fancy apartments and townhouses.
could not be happier. i love having a safe space away from the law school
West End is amazing! Such great restaurants and stores around!
Amazing food and restaurants all within walking distance
Hamilton House is located in the crossings of West End, Foggy Bottom, and DuPont. It is a very clean, classy area. Super incredible how you can walk down the street to old-town DC, walk down another street and its all clubs and bars of DuPont, walk the other direction and its GW, walk another direction and its DuPont circle and all the incredible food. This is an ideal location, especially being situated right in between Foggy Bottom / GW Metro stop and the DuPont Metro stop.
