Great apartment!

My experience at the Westpark has been overwhelmingly positive. The apartment is well-designed and spacious, with good modern features: air conditioning & heating are great and easy-to-use, the kitchen is great. Management has been very helpful, responsive, and solves issues quickly if they arise. My microwave broke and within a few hours they sent someone to fix it.

The location is absolutely unbeatable right in the thick of Dupont Circle with easy access to the Red, Blue and Yellow lines a short walk away. There's plenty of great restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. I get a great amount of sunlight in my apartment (huge windows!), including a beautiful golden hour view. The only downside of sorts is that it can be very loud during the weekend if you keep your window open, as it is located right across a couple of loud pubs, but the sound isolation is fantastic and if you close your windows you will be fine. It is somewhat expensive on a student budget but doable if you have roommates or a partner.

The amenities are great. Beautiful views of the Washington Monument and the National Cathedral. The pool is good and spacious, but only open 4 months a year unfortunately. I have not used the gym but it looks pretty good. There is a 24/7 concierge, which helps keep the place secure and also ensure that your packages arrive to you.

I'm generally very happy here and will be renewing my lease.

Great residence!

I'm very pleased with my experience at the Westpark so far. The location is convenient, with a short walk to the GUTS bus pick-up and the metro as well as lots of local businesses. The apartment is a good size and the front desk attendants are all very friendly and attentive.

The Westpark provides a great value with its all-inclusive rent structure. It's located a short walk away from the GUTS shuttle pick up and the Dupont Circle metro stop, and has tons of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby.

Great apartment, tough commute.

Apartment building is quiet and clean with tenants ranging from grad students to retirees. The rooftop area is beautiful with a pool and grills and the laundry/gym in the basement are very convenient. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Love the area, P st has some great restaurants and is close enough to lots of good places.

Management is great, building is very clean and maintenance is super responsive. Front desk staff is nice and I have never had any issues with packages. The gym is small but well equipped. Rooftop pool and terrace is awesome with great views and multiple spaces to enjoy. There’s also building wifi on the roof. Downsides are that laundry is pretty expensive, but the machines are clean and work well, and parking is not included and is expensive as well. Overall I love living here.

Pandemic prices were the only thing really allowing us to rent here. We got ours for 300/m less than the previous renters. Great place to live if it is within your budget. Superb location and great, responsive staff

Love the location & the apartment. Maintenance/management not very responsive to requests.
