1919 Market Review

Great Building, Mediocre Management
Since the building was built recently, it's in great condition. The maintenance requests are usually fulfilled quickly. The location is great. However, the management was not responsive during the process of trying to rent the apartment, and that experience has stuck with me. I imagine it will be challenging to talk with them if I wanted to renew my lease for next year. Overall, I think the value of the building is medium for the price.

Excellent
This is a fantastic building to live in. Only complaint is that noise can travel through the walls between apartments.

the nicest apartment building in Philadelphia
literally the best apartment building I'll likely ever live in. sound-proof walls (a rarity!), management is the best I've ever seen - so responsive. common spaces are sparkling clean. I'm going to miss living here

Good property.
The rent is a bit higher than the average of the area. But this property's facility (including gym, pool and party space at the roof top) is awesome. The location is also ideal. (We have a good access to the nearest SEPTA trolley station.)
