They should rename this place Ross Gardens
These apartments and townhomes are approximately 1 mile away from the Ross campus.
Pros: I enjoy the daily shuttle that is provided that takes students directly to Ross and other areas on campus. I also like that the clubhouse is open late which is great for studying. They offer breakfast on weekday mornings. They also have had a 30 day money back guarantee - (pro-tip: get all of your issues with your place fixed then)! Additional bonus: if you’re coming to Ann Arbor with a lot of belongings, the townhomes have extremely large basement for storage. And storage is quite expensive in A2. There is free parking on the streets so no need to pay extra for the carport. Close to Lucky’s Market (organic grocery store). Dog friendly - they just created a small dog park where a lot of people bring their dogs to play. I’d recommend extending your lease if you’re thinking about staying the next year (saves money).
Things to be desired: The townhomes and apartments are on the older side, but there are upgraded units for an extra fee. I’m not in an upgraded unit so my townhome is on the older side. No ceiling lights in living room or bedrooms. Two bedroom townhomes only have one full bath and 2 half baths. Downsides to parking along the street - our parkedcar was hit on the street (first snow). walls are a bit thin, but our neighbors are quiet.

Very Residential
Woodbury is a large residential facility with spacious apartments, plenty of green areas and covered parking space. Property management is very responsive to anything you need. There is a shuttle that takes you to Ross, and a very well equipped clubhouse with meeting rooms, gym, pool, etc.

Great place for couples
I have been living at Woodbury for 2 years with my girlfriend. We absolutely love our apartment and the amenities at the clubhouse. We even had a garden plot at the community garden that is onsite. The shuttle that runs between the property and campus also makes the commute very convenient. The driver, Larry, is also the most friendly guy you'll ever meet!

Best value in Ann Arbor
Woodbury is great value. If you're considering living here, look at the Townhomes, they are quite spacious.

Woodbury Gardens
Plenty of space in the townhome, nice and quiet community, and good amenities for a lower price. The biggest downside is the distance from campus (1 mile), which makes getting to and from campus a little more difficult without a car.

Not happy with the quality.
They are cheaply built townhomes. I can hear everything through the walls.

Solid choice if you don't mind a brief commute; great for couples and pets
Lots of space; good amenities in clubhouse; further from campus but easy to get back and forth with free shuttle and free city bus (stops at Woodbury and free with MCard); aging apartments, but overall a solid choice at a decent rate.

Convenient & Safe
I'm married with a toddler and a cat. Having a kid means that we have a lot of stuff. A woodbury townhome suited our needs well because the townhome also includes a carpeted basement that is essentially the size of another floor of the home. This extra space has been crucial to organizing all of the things that my family has during the time I'm in school.
Woodbury is a safe community, it has multiple parks on the property, and a shuttle runs from the clubhouse directly to Ross several times per day. That convenience helped tip the scales for me to decide to rent here during my time at Ross.

Ok
The heating of my townhome is terrible. Freezing cold in winter.

Yost Reviews
I haven't had to go to school in person yet (due to the pandemic) - but once things are back in person, I would use the community shuttle to get to campus and possibly back depending on the time of day I head back. Otherwise, I would take the bus or walk. Walking takes about 30 min but the bus will cut down most of that since there is a city stop right at the entrance to Woodbury.
