Sufficient for those with a Family
I live in an old townhouse at the Woodbury Gardens with my wife and 3 year old daughter. There's nothing too spectacular about Woodbury except for the free shuttle to school and its proximity to campus. My townhouse is a bit old with creaky floorboards and lacks proper lighting; however, it is still sufficient enough for my family and I to be economical and live comfortably.

Pros: amazing space, brand new (upgraded apartment), shuttle bus to downtown, amazing clubhouse and free breakfast.
Cons: away from downtown (25 min walk from Ross) and kitchen space isn't integrated with living room

Great option
Well maintained apartments with very responsive management. Woodbury runs it's own bus that will take you directly to Ross. The city bus operates right outside Woodbury and runs every 15 minutes during the week and drops off a block away from Ross.
Breakfast is served every weekday morning in the clubhouse. Pool, clubhouse and gym are really well maintained and great amenities. Great option if you're looking to be a little further away from the undergrad chaos but still close enough to get to Ross quickly.

Woodbury is hit and miss
There are some nice units in Woodbury, but also some bad ones. They have been installing some new finishes on empty units recently, which is nice. Highly recommend seeing the actual unit you will be occupying before signing the lease to avoid problem (potentially moldy) apartments. The shuttle to campus is great, though, and if you miss it there are also city buses convenient.

Woodbury is a good deal
Overall a great apartment complex. Lots of other MBAs. I think it is the best combination of price, amenities, quality, travel time to Ross: basically its a good value. They have a shuttle to and from Ross and the bus picks up right outside every 15 minutes.

very good price & facilities
10 minutes to Ross by bus (every 15min on workdays).
If you share an apartment with a roommate, less than $700 is your monthly cost.
Very good clubhouse with free cafe, tv, study room, internet service, gym and pool and ping-pong table.
Good community environment.

I haven't had to go to school in person yet (due to the pandemic) - but once things are back in person, I would use the community shuttle to get to campus and possibly back depending on the time of day I head back. Otherwise, I would take the bus or walk. Walking takes about 30 min but the bus will cut down most of that since there is a city stop right at the entrance to Woodbury.
