Turtle Ridge

I absolutely love living at Turtle Ridge. It has amazing proximity to the med school campus, food, farmers market, and tons of parks and trails. The community is gated, quiet, very well kept, and safe. The management and maintenance are timely, responsive, and helpful. The amenities are also great and the apartments themselves are kept very up to date. Each apartment comes with a 1 car garage. I chose to stay here instead of moving closer to the hospital for third year and don't regret that decision at all! Oh, and VERY pet and family friendly.

I love living at Turtle Ridge apartments. The rent is definitely on the higher side, but I feel for the floorplans, safety, amenities, and locations, it is worth it. Very close to multiple parks, to the UCI campus, to the 73 freeway, and multiple grocery stores and food options.

All Irvine Company apartments are on the higher side, it's a monopoly so they can charge what they like. But, I love living at Turtle Ridge. It is definitely an older crowd, but is full of young adults too. The grounds are always pristine, it is gated, the amenities are beautiful, the front office and repair individuals are always fast and kind, and it is an incredibly safe area. I love the location too, right across the street from the best farmers market in Irvine! Pet friendly, family friendly, and you get a garage!

Great experience here at Turtle Ridge apartments, decently affordable by sharing with partner, overall quiet area. Amenities such as pool and gym used to be great selling points but currently under construction. They provide alternative options to access pool+gym but all are less convenient than walking across the street. Overall, I would recommend.

I really enjoy living at turtle ridge. I ride my bike to campus and the apartments have plenty of guest parking and nice ammentities. The gym is a little small, but since I am so close to the ARC it is not an issue.

Turtle Ridge is a great community. It is gated, which is unnecessary in Irvine, but adds an extra sense of security. You get your own garage which is nice for additional storage space and guaranteed parking. The facilities are amazing, the pool is great, and everyone is really friendly.

Conveniently close to campus. Only issue is there is no nightlife or great eateries directly in the vicinity of the complex. Farmers market across the street on Saturdays and the living space is pretty nice. A little on the steep side for rent but worth it.

Very quiet apartment community with mostly older working professional neighbors. Extra storage as each unit comes with a garage included. Pool area is beautiful and always clean, gym is small but functional with cardio equipment. It is gated, which is not really necessary in Irvine but adds to the overall safe community feeling. Cannot beat the 5 minute commute to school which is good to be off campus without being too far. Expensive for a 1 bedroom, but the location is convenient, units and grounds are clean, and the units have their own washer and dryer.

Super nice location for commuting to UCI and really good value. Farmer market across the street is a great and access to major roads is simple.
