I really enjoyed my time at Villa Siena. The location is super convenient, the apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and responsive. Amenities like the pool and gym were well-kept, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place in the area!

The community is great. There are pools and gym.
The washer and dryer are old. There are ants in the house.

The amenities are very nice and it feels like I live at a resort. The main gate is guarded 24/7, making the apartment feel very secure. There are multiple pools, very nice cabanas perfect for BBQ-ing and getting together with friends, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds for children. My unit itself has plenty of natural sunlight (even as a first floor unit) with high ceilings that make the apartment feel very spacious. My commute to the UCI campus is also very short with zero traffic no matter the time of day!

I love living at Villa Siena -- my 2bd/2 bath apartment is extremely spacious, and we have a nicely renovated kitchen, AC, and in-unit washer and dryer. There are multiple pools with cabanas around the complex that make studying outside more enjoyable, especially when it's sunny (most of the year)! There are also pickle ball courts, a tennis court, and a 3 story gym for all residents to use. In addition, the maintenance team is generally very quick to respond to any issues that arise. Overall, great experience living here, but it is a little pricey.

Lived in VS for approximately two years, happy with the place. A little bit on the pricey side, but worth it compared to other communities if you cannot get student housing.
