Pretty nice apartment for what you pay. Includes all utilities and amenities are nice. Only issue I have is the expensive parking $300/quarter

Super convinient housing
The free school shuttle express is literally at the doorstep.
The ARC within a 5-min walking distance.
The closest supermarket is only 10-min walking distance away.
Overall, I would recommend this place to those who want to live close to the campus and also want to enjoy convenience of life without driving.

Nice community
Nice basic apartment, very quiet community, no break-ins, it sucks we can’t have guests over,’ but that’s the policy. Trash cans are very close By and there is a lot a lot of parking Available.

cleaning and noise
Upstair residents always have big movements and loud noises during the day and even at night. Especially Sunday night when we have classes or exams the next day. Would be great if the housing team set up a system to deal with these neighborhoods issues at real time.
Also, would be great if the housing communities provide trustworthy cleaning service for reasonable price.

Very Good
Have been happy with the rent rate and accommodations. Quiet. Sometimes internet is a little slow. Rooms are designed for students, Furniture looks like it could withstand a bomb blast.
