Very Good
Have been happy with the rent rate and accommodations. Quiet. Sometimes internet is a little slow. Rooms are designed for students, Furniture looks like it could withstand a bomb blast.

Convenient
The apt complex has everything included, so don't have to worry about buying furniture. There are also internet and cable included so don't have worry about that either. Grad housing for Norte is included with allotted visitor parking hours for guests. Also, right next to the shuttles that take you to school.

everything here is good. all-around amenities, quick response to any living issue, close to campus (10~15min bike ride), close to ARC.

Comfortable
There are some flaws with the apartment, and it takes a very long time for them to be fixed. In addition, the accounting department of the building might not be very cooperative, but overall the head managers are able to solve your issues and provide you with the comfort you need to pursue your education/work etc.

Great amenities but not great repair service
The apartment space is great, unfortunately there have been several times where maintenance has not fixed the problem or delayed actually getting the work done despite several requets.

Great Spot
Great Spot. Close to the gym. Free shuttle service to the school, but hard to get around on the weekends without a car. Great price for having all the amenities included like Internet, Cable, in apartment laundry and dishwasher.

Life at VDC Norte
My experience has been great so far. The apartment has all the facilities required for a couple focusing on studies. There is a small gym in the complex, which is very convenient when I don't want to spend a lot of time walking to bigger gym on campus. There are plenty of parking spaces, the laundry room is always available and there are great study rooms nearby. Furthermore, the management often organizes fun activities to bring the community together. Some examples are: pizza making activities, waffles & Nutella parties, etc..
