Great little place for students
I love my apartment. The rent is cheap and it’s a little bit of an older building, but all I pay for is internet ($35/mo) and electric ($20/mo), and it has air conditioning. Parking is included with rent and optional ($20/mo or free with 24 no lease). Occasionally things break, but the maintenance man is awesome and gets right on it and sometimes even improves things in the process. Building is clean and residents are nice and quiet. Amazing location ~20 minutes from campus. Within walking distance to bars/restaurants, shopping and grocery. Only thing I have to say is I wish I had a dishwasher and in-unit laundry. But the laundry facilities are on each floor and it’s pretty cheap, but you do have to walk across the street to load your laundry card. Some units have a balcony. All units have access to the rooftop lounge. Overall a great place!
