Maintenance issues
After a year of living in the apartment , we started having a lot of maintenance issue from AC, to Washer, to Roofs. Took some time to get resolved, not prompt. They also aren’t very keen with their records.

Cheaper Living
It’s far from the school but cheap. The apartment is also quite small (~400sq ft) but I don’t mind.

Good
The apartment is older styled. It is very spacious but it lacks amenities like an in unit washer and dryer. We have had some insect issues and leaking from the ceiling after a big storm. Overall the price basically reflects what you can expect. It’s a descent place to live if you don’t need all the frills. There is a garage parking at a reasonable rate.

Ambassador Building in Shaker Square
2 miles from school with an excellent bike path/ sidewalks to school that are separated from the road. Walk to shaker square in 5 minutes where there is a movie theater, grocery, cvs, and some restaurants/ cafe. 2 minute walk to shaker lakes park which has safe and beautiful running loop (~5 mile loop around 2 lakes). really enjoyed living here! not all apts have air conditioning but you can put in window units. Covered parking is very convenient
