Building with tons of character in perfect location for HEC students
Location is second to none! Super easy commute to school with CWRU HEC shuttles that stop just across the street. Walkable to Little Italy, Cedar Fairmount, and 1-2-1 Fitness/Veale Athletic Center.

Good location; good overall; very bad management company
Very spacious but very thin walls. Relatively expensive. TERRIBLE property management group. CPMG is a nightmare. I do like the convenience of how close the apartment is to school.
