Nicest apartments in the area, very good value for the money.
Pros:
Clean buildings that are probably the newest in the area, with good insulation, carpeted floors and a large living room to entertain guests. The complex has a parking lot that is regularly plowed in the winter, and each unit also gets a covered parking spot. In-unit washer and dryer means you can do your laundry at your convenience. Neighbors are quiet and the Cedar-Fairmount area, which includes the grocery store Dave's, is a 5 minute walk away. I get routine compliments from first-time visitors on how nice the place is.
Cons:
The building faces Euclid Heights Blvd so depending on whether you face the road or not, you will get road noise. The medical school is a 15-20 minute walk, which is somewhat longer than other places, though still quite manageable.
