Great Place to live

The Apartment is very nice. It is so spacious and receives great natural lighting. There is a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom in my unit. The apartment has central A/C which is a blessing in the summer and is rare in cleveland heights. The management company is extremely responsive. They often respond within minutes if I have any maintenance/appliance requests. The neighborhood is so nice. There are many students and families that live on the street and the at night it is very quiet. Only drawbacks are that the floors are squeaky and the walls are thin (between rooms in the apartment and between floors) but both of these "cons" I feel are outweighed by how nice the apartment is overall.

Great value for the size

Apartment and building is pretty old, however it's very spacious and is great value for the amount of rent and for the location.

Biggest Cons: very squeaky floors, third floor apartment with shared laundry in the basement ($1.25/load). Only one covered parking spot is included with rent (Cleveland Heights city parking lots are about $38 per month and some are far away). No pets allowed.

Pros: Large remodeled kitchen and bathroom with tile, big living room and dining room. Bedrooms are decently-sized. 24-hour street parking is available on Derbyshire for free (when spots are available).

Great place

I am a first year and am subletting from fourth years who are on research year. The apartment is recently renovated and is very big for the rent I am paying.

Comfy Cozy

My apartment is nice and affordable in a quiet neighborhood. It has modern appliances and amenities, including central heat and air conditioning, but nothing fancy. With just a touch of decor the place feels like home! I love the high ceilings and there is plenty of shared space in the apt for 3 roommates. Many local grad students and young professionals live in the area, which is less than a 5-minute walk from local groceries, food, and drinks. Downside is that each apartment only has 1 covered parking space and street parking is extremely limited. However, inexpensive parking passes can be purchased for the public lot one block away. Overall an excellent value with responsive management!

Cedar Fairmount convenience

Its nicer and more recently renovated than most places in the area at its price point.

Parking is not ideal, street parking with very limited dedicated spots in back. E.g. our 3 person apartment has 0 dedicated spots.

Convenient location for Daves, and not bad getting to Case.

Updated Kitchen

The apartment has an updated kitchen relative to the area. Layout of the apt itself is a little wonky, kitchen is separated from dining area by a long hall way.
Decent ambient light, very little direct light.
Coin laundry in the basement is a pain, and the machines are pretty terrible.

Great location, standard apartment

Love having wood floors and a renovated bathroom and kitchen! My apartment at the back of the building doesn't have a great view. Sunlight in some rooms but hardly reaches the kitchen or 2/3 of the bedrooms. Landlord responds to email the same day and has maintenance issues fixed same or next day.
