Rent is very reasonable.
Great bars and restaurants outside.
Gated parking garage.
Mail can be difficult at times, but typically not.
Not the most updated, but rent is good and the apartment is clean and quiet.
Dog park.
Hillsborough Street access.
In unit washer and dryer.
Massive closet.

Parking is a headache, especially when in a rush to and from class. Management is very hands-off, but respond promptly to apt specific problems

Affordable, spacious place to live!
Great location. Apartments aren't brand new but they're well kept. Amenities aren't brand new, but they're well kept and you have everything you need. Price is great for the size of the apartment and location. Management is very helpful!

Nice place to live
I have lived here for 2 years now and will stay for a third for my final year of law school. The location is great. 1 mile from law school. Easy to drive, or it’s an easy walk on a pretty day. Neighbors are relatively quiet. No trouble with parking or finding a spot - plenty in the garage. The only downside I have experienced is dealing with the office staff - they are not the best when it comes to communication and getting emergency maintenance orders completed in a timely fashion.
