Allister North Hills is Excellent
The apartment complex is very nice and only a ~10-minute drive to school. The complex is well-kept, very safe, and quiet. It is very pet friendly and the other residents are quite nice as well. The amenities (pools, gyms, outdoor grilling areas) are all phenomenal. Maintenance requests are completed very quickly and management sends out a new resident calendar every month with activities happening in the community. I never notice any road noise from 440. The community is also practically within walking distance of any of the amenities in North Hills including multiple grocery stores, Starbucks, Gyms, Target, and other places. Overall, this place is easily a 10/10.

Best Place to Live
Allister North Hills is an amazing place to live as a graduate student. It is a great central location in Raleigh. The office managers and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are always so clean and well-managed. Maintenance is extremely quick to help with all maintenance request and go above and beyond to ensure that there are no problems within your unit. Pet friendly. There are two office areas that are perfect for studying. There are also outside tables by the pools which are perfect for studying when the weather outside is nice. The gyms are being constantly updated with new equipment.

Allister North Hills - Current Resident Review
I have lived in several apartment complexes since I moved to Raleigh in 2017 for undergrad. The Allister has been by far the best place I have lived at. I never have issues. Management is great, parking is free, and there is a mailroom where most of the packages are delivered that ensures our packages are safe.
It is an easy 10-minute drive to campus and near many grocery stores.

Amazing
I love my apartment building! It is very quiet and a great area. There are community events held every week. My neighbors are friendly. The staff is quick to respond. Additionally, I am in close proximity to everything.

Love Living Here
Would not live anywhere. Location is great. Maintenance always promptly fixes issues and Allister always does really fun events, giveaways, and dinners for us.
