Great residence
Quiet and gated complex near everything you could need at the Southpoint Mall and surrounding shopping centers. Some units have outdated kitchens and bathrooms which is the reason for the 9/10, but overall the community is great.

Just under 20 minutes away from Fuqua, but a great location for those coming with family. Right across Southpoint mall which makes for great access and facilities for your partner and kids when your away.
Proximity to Cary /R aliegh was also very convenient (both around 15 minutes drive away), as we found ourselves going there to enjoy the shops, restaurants and kid museums a lot more frequently than others who were in downtown Durham because of our location.

Perfect Family Residence on Durham outskirts
Excellent accommodation if you're looking for a quiet place for you and the family to stay in. Less than a minute's walk from the biggest mall in town and very close to a number of amenities and facilities. Not the closest location (approximately 15-20 minute drive to Duke), but electronically gated community, that is very safe and family friendly.
