Nice location, lacking amenities

I love my apartment here at Belle Court, but it is missing a lot of basic modern amenities that you may be accustomed to. No AC, no in-unit laundry, no dishwasher, no microwave, minimal storage. I've definitely had to become accustomed to a simpler lifestyle! On the plus side, there is a big, private park right in front of the building that I love for easy puppy potty breaks!
