Campus convenience without being too close
This is a peaceful neighborhood right next to Gallup Park that offers a serene escape from the bustle of the university, but at the same time remains just a few minutes' walk from the commuter shuttle lot. Amenities include snow removal, tennis courts and swimming pool during warmer months, and a clubhouse available for rental. For families, it is located in Ann Arbor's top elementary school district (King).

Quiet living area just outside downtown Ann Arbor
These condos are a great option for anyone who does not want to live right next to the hospital as they are about 1.5 miles away from the main hospital. Bus routes to and from the hospital make transportation convenient. Living off Huron River drive gives you quick access to US-23 and nearby shopping areas. I really enjoyed living just up the road from the Huron River and one of the local golf courses. The Washtenaw Community College Health and Fitness Center is close by as well, which is a great gym.
