The Management is despicable!!! DO NOT APPLY!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The management purposely evicted a nice lady because she showed her place on IG. It received 2M views and they raised her rent within two weeks and evicted her. They do not deserve your money. I truly believe these people are awful human beings that do not care about life and people! It was totally unfair and they have NO INTEGRITY!! DO NOT APPLY! The management is trash. Truly cold hearted individuals trying to hurt people. She was never late or loud. They are greedy people that intentionally displaced a resident for bringing them business. They do not deserve your money!

Solid Option in the South Loop
Vesta Lofts is a great option for families and couples in the South Loop. The location is a good compromise between access to Hyde Park and downtown, close to public transportation options for both destinations. Building is well maintained and management is responsive when needed. There is a small gym, bike storage, and extra storage available for rent. The building itself is a converted factory so it has a cool industrial feel, with exposed brick, wooden beams, and high ceilings.
