Great choice would recommend!

I would recommend MAA Hue. Not only is my apartment everything I need it to be, it is clean, safe, and close to school (within walking distance of the law school). Personally, my experience with management and maintenance has been wonderful.

MAA Hue

I've lived at the Hue for all 3 years of law school. Management goes out of their way to host community events and take care of any issues found. I have also found that management and other on site staff have treated me like family since the day I moved in. They seem to know everyone in the community by name which I love.

Great Place to Live

The apartments are nice and in great shape. We have access to a pool, a big gym, coffee machines, and even a pet-washing station. The staff are great, and the apartment is a block away from the school, which has been extremely helpful.

best feature is that it’s super close to the law school

updated appliances and large closets but definitely not worth the rent, especially because they are doing construction on the whole lobby so there are no amenities available and no community events, both of which residents pay for.

MAA Hue

The staff is very nice and efficient. The apartment is within walking distance from the school and within a 10 minute drive to any store I may need.

Close to School!

The location is a block away from school and is great for going back and forth as need be. Parking is included in rent so no need to seek supplemental parking.

Super close to tons of food places, bars, a grocery store, and down the street from basically anything you’d need. Downtown Raleigh can be a little rough sometimes so just be careful walking alone when it’s late!

I have walked home late some nights and have never felt unsafe. The Lincoln is very close to several bars and restaurants. The City Market area is a fun place to hang out and go shopping. Before COVID, there was an open air market there every Wednesday.

There is lots to do in the warehouse district and tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance! And the biggest perk of all is that my commute to school is a 4-5 minute walk.

I love Raleigh, I think it's a perfect example of "big city, small town feel." The food is great, the bar scene is what you make of it, and there is plenty of accessible sidewalk.

Downtown is what you would think if would be, a lot going on! Safer than the downtowns I'm used to (Little Rock, AR & Memphis,TN) so I've never felt uncomfortable being out in the city and I don't know that many peopld I know have either! Lots to do and see!
