Great location, amenities OK

The apartment is very nice and upscale for the price point (it is a “smart apartment”) and extremely convenient to the law school—it’s one block away from the school and takes approximately 3 minutes to get there! The pool area is great with grills and privacy, and the gym is decent (the equipment could be updated). Management is also super friendly and helpful, so it’s always nice seeing them in the lobby. There are also no breed restrictions for dogs, which was a huge selling point for me as I have a pitbull. Aside from the convenience to the school, it is also very convenient to downtown without being right in the middle of everything. The parking deck is also gated so only residents and guests with a key fob can park, and there are always open spots. Overall, this is a great place to live for law school, especially because my floor plan, even though it is marketed as 1bed/1bath, has an office that is large enough for a desk and bookshelf.

Next To The Law School

Living right next to the law school has been a blessing for my first year! The Hue is nice, pool, gym, parking all included in a place im the middle of downtown. Perfect for Campbell Law Students because it's hard to put a price on the kind of convenience this place offers!

The Hue

Super great being across from the law school. Save so much time by just walking over without spending extra on gas and parking. Studio is the perfect size for just me Did most of my studying at the library, at home, or by the pool. Gym and pool area is nice. Deff recommend living alone so you can have alone time to destress. Ally is amazing!

Hue is great for its proximity to the law school

I lived at Hue because it is located across the street from the law school. It is expensive, but it makes it nice to be so close. Sometimes, it can be the difference in half an hour of sleep a day.

Close to Campus and Lots of Square Footage

The apartments are very spacious and have more square footage than those in the surrounding area. Great location - less than a 3 minute walk to campus, easy walk to nearby restaurants, Glenwood ave. Park across the street is great for pets. Nice and accommodating staff. Lack of amenities that other complexes nearby have made up by the size of the apartments. Very quiet inside the apartments.

Across from Campbell Law

It's a perfect place to live for a quick, short walk to class/studying in the library. It's probably more manageable if you have someone else to split rent with (ie. spouse/partner/roommate). However, you can get studios for a decent price if you keep an eye on it.

Very Pleased: Great Option for Students

The Hue is a great apartment complex. Nice amenities, amazing proximity to local restaurants (when not in a pandemic), and the best part is that it's across the street from school.

Downtown Raleigh Reviews

Super close to tons of food places, bars, a grocery store, and down the street from basically anything you’d need. Downtown Raleigh can be a little rough sometimes so just be careful walking alone when it’s late!
I have walked home late some nights and have never felt unsafe. The Lincoln is very close to several bars and restaurants. The City Market area is a fun place to hang out and go shopping. Before COVID, there was an open air market there every Wednesday.
There is lots to do in the warehouse district and tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance! And the biggest perk of all is that my commute to school is a 4-5 minute walk.
We are so close to many bars and restaurants but also far enough from Glenwood street that there isn't much noise.
I love being right downtown. It is so convenient, and its so nice being so close to campus.
It's downtown Raleigh, so an ideal location but can be loud.
I love Raleigh, I think it's a perfect example of "big city, small town feel." The food is great, the bar scene is what you make of it, and there is plenty of accessible sidewalk.
Downtown is what you would think if would be, a lot going on! Safer than the downtowns I'm used to (Little Rock, AR & Memphis,TN) so I've never felt uncomfortable being out in the city and I don't know that many peopld I know have either! Lots to do and see!
