Apartment is beautiful. Location is perfect. The workout room leaves something to be desired

Spacious, convenient, safe

My unit is in a condo building, which allows my fiance and I to rent directly from the owner of the unit. We have all the amenities of an apartment building, while paying on the lower end of West Loop rent prices. We have a gym, parking spot, and storage unit included with our incredibly spacious unit with large windows and amazing personal balcony views of the city. Additionally, a few residents and other Rush students live at this location which is so fun! My goal for third year was to live in the heart of West Loop where there is always something fun going on and so much amazing food to try. We are also right above a Pink line stop (which literally takes you through Rush's campus), the Metra commuter stations, and multiple Divvy racks, as well as 1 block away from the highway ramps.

Love the apartment

It's very homey and in the best possible location. The apartment isn't massive, but feels really big with how it is laid out and the with the balcony. I live with my partner and 2 cats and it never feels cramped. The closet and bathroom are both massive. The shower/tub is fantastic, and there is a lot of storage space. And the fireplace is an awesome accessory in the winter

I thought the train would be annoying, but there are really thick walls and I can't hear it most of the time, and I can never hear my neighbors.

The gym isn't anything to write home about, but has the essentials. My only "complaint", is that the sundeck is really loud due to the train and has uncomfortable chairs.
