Spacious loft in the popular West Loop, some sketchy characters

We love how large our 1 BR loft is and the quality of the building. It is next to the blue line and our office buildings are a 10 minute walk away. West Loop is booming with great bars and restaurants, however, there are still sketchy pockets like the Greyhound Bus Station next door and that attracts some less-than-great people. Our gym is small and outdated, but at least it is there. It would be nice to have some sort of rooftop space for the people that don't have balconies.
