Great location!
The Park Alexandria's best feature is its location. It is located steps away from campus and super close to transit options. My unit has large windows with lots of natural light. The building has a dog run in and nice terrace to enjoy during the warm weather. The doormen are great and keep my packages secure.

Great place to live, but a little pricey.
Everything is great here, great location, quiet, parking is convenient. However, it is quite pricey, homeowners association fees are expensive.

Cozy spot near financial district in the Loop
Nice, spacious east-facing studio with sufficient basic amenities and cozy balcony. Good amount of sunlight in the mornings (when it's sunny in Chicago). Facing inwards towards the little courtyard/dog area, so not much of a view but pretty quiet and serene most of the time. Can see the Willis (Sears) Tower peaking behind some buildings in the background. Bathroom and C-shaped kitchen area are very clean but with standard furnishings. Lighting is self-provided, otherwise a bit lacking throughout. Okay amount of closet space. The walls and ceiling are a bit thin, including in the bathroom where you can hear when a neighboring/upstairs unit starts the shower or washing machine. So, it feels a little like a dorm. Only other complaint is about the elevators: they go a bit slow for a high rise building and are not super well maintained by cleaning staff, since the floor is almost always dirty and the inside often smells terribly of BO, especially on warmer days. Doormen are friendly and great with receiving packages. There is a dock entrance in the back that provides quick access to Clinton St. via a wide, well-lit alley. Walking distance to the financial district, other parts of the Loop, and Union Station.
