Nice Neighborhood

Best area I ever lived in. Thousand Oaks city does a good job keeping the city clean. On early morning jogs I notice that homeless people are rarely seen sleeping at bus stops or sidewalks. 30 minute drive to Pepperdine University via Malibu Canyon road
