Great location

Love the staff and the location within walking distance to some great bars, restaraunts and amenities. Whole foods a few blocks away is a frequented spot for me. I'm in one of a handful of units facing downtown and the view is great. I have only been here for a few months but it already feels like home

Great Location | Loud

I generally have few complaints with 5th Street Commons. However, I will say that the complex is located in a noisy area. I got over hat pretty quickly, considering its within walking distance of Town Lake, the place is nice and management is awesome!

Safe during the day- just be watchful and don't be out alone at night because it's downtown. The huge plus is that the bus for Rowling is RIGHT BY the apartment. HUGE plus.

It's nice to be able to walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joes for groceries. There are a lot of salons and boutique type stores in walking distance. The one downside is that there is no drug store (CVS or Walgreens) in walking distance.

Lady Bird Lake is amazing and about 200 ft. away. The W 6th bar and restaurant scene is great. Bike trails are easily accessible. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and a bus stop are all within a block.

I love living in Clarksville! It's close enough to Lamar to still enjoy the benefits of living in downtown Austin, but it's quieter and safer. There are great restaurants and bars nearby and plenty of nice coffee shops to study at.
