Amazing place to live
Super easy walk to Zilker Park (15 minutes) and 5 minute walk to the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike trail. It's a 5 minute walk to a nice, private dock space that's perfect if you want to take a paddle board down to the water. Right across the street from deep eddy pool, deep eddy cabaret (dive bar), and walking distance to a number of restaurants and stores. The staff in the office is amazing and accommodating. It's about a 15 minute drive to campus, so it's perfect if you don't mind the short commute in the AM. I love how quiet it is and how the complex has a mix of age groups. It's beautiful and green in this part of town.

Walking Distance to Everything!
Walking distance to town lake trails, Deep Eddy Pool, Maudie’s Mexican Restaurant, and Randall’s grocery store.
Several two-story apartment buildings in one compound, with parking in the center.
Pool is nice, gym is sufficient but nothing fancy.
12-15 minute drive to UT campus, also bus #663 picks up nearby.

Great Location
I've lived at the Blvd at Town Lake for 2 years. The location is the main reason why I moved in, and have stayed, but I will most likely be moving at the end of this lease. I don't feel as though the apartment itself is worth the price, and if I were to move into a remodeled unit, the price would far outweigh the proximity to downtown.
