Review
Nice enough, but it has all the problems apartments of its type have. Most of the finishings are pretty low-end. There is quite a bit of crime in the garage, especially the visitor's area. Management is good overall. No bugs or other pests.
Also, there are at least 25 law students living here at any given time

Sabina is good for it's value
This was definitely a good place to move in to during the pandemic. They are very good about social distancing and making sure the facilities are disinfected (to my understanding). A lot of other law students live here and it is very accessible to the law school. It is not as nice as its neighboring property, Marq. However, I can't imagine justifying paying the higher rent, as they're very very similar complexes.

Great place to live
I love everything about Sabina! It can be noisy because of the highway, but that is to be expected in this area

Very Pleased
Close to the law school, nice/new/clean, great socially because a lot of law students leave here and in the Marq

Sabina Apt. Review
Overall, Sabina is pretty good. A lot of other people from my section live either here or in the complex across the street (Marq or 3401), so it was easy to make friends quickly. That was very important as an out-of-state student at the outset. It is within walking distance from the law school, which is convenient. The rooms themselves are very spacious and modern with high ceilings and plenty of storage. There is plenty of parking. There is a gym in the complex, but it is not high quality. Management is usually responsive to individual maintenance issues, but not overall complex problems. For example, they're quick to fix an individual's washer and dryer unit, but the televisions and grills by the community pool might remain unusable for months. Also, the elevators break all of the time and management might not tell you about new building projects (a redo of the pool floor, for example) until the day before they are supposed to begin, which can be irritating. Typically, the complex is not too noisy, but if you happen to live near an apartment with a pet and/or you are facing the highway, I would imagine it can be kind of problematic. If you are looking to interact with your non-law-school neighbors, that probably will not happen. People largely keep to themselves. Compared to other apartment complexes in the area though, it's worth the extra rent to avoid bug problems and ill-intentioned landlords. Expect utilities and Wifi to collectively add about $100 total to your rent per month.

Very nice accommodations, do-nothing management, hate the fob security system
The apartments are reasonable with nice kitchen updates. Some of the floorplans are very spacious and things are fairly quiet when it matters. Many of the apartments have dogs so the area around the building is frequently filled with dog walkers. Dog-friendly people. If you choose to live there, I highly recommend an inward/courtyard facing apartment.

Great experience!
Great apartment with great amenities and the management is very responsive to maintenance requests. The elevator does break down frequently, though.
