Quiet and close to the things I need.

I really love that my apartment is so small. It is my little hole in the wall and I'm happy with that. The location is great for a Hopkins student near the JHMI stop and Hopkins is right across the street.. However I think it's still too expensive, but I'm in one of the smallest apartments so I'm sure the others are bigger. Not very much sun since its surrounded by tall buildings. Great place to study.

Charles Village is right in the heart of Baltimore - every where in the city is at most a 15-20 minute drive and every major bus line runs right through Charles Village. Honestly, you might not need to leave very often - there are tons of bars, music venues, and the Baltimore Museum of Art all right here.

I'm right next to campus, so there are a lot of security patrols, and it feels very safe. Most of the renters in the building are students too, which helps.

Close to JHU, which means too many undergrads. But lots of older students and families too. Restaurants are decent. Public transit is good. Safety is above average for Baltimore.
