Low price, low frills

Older building with no recent renovations, but good price for the area. Lots of natural light. Cheap parking available. Very responsive landlord. Close to many bus lines and the JH shuttle, and across the street from JHU. Most of my neighbors have been quiet and respectful though a few have been rowdier. High turnover rate in the building.

Charles Village is right in the heart of Baltimore - every where in the city is at most a 15-20 minute drive and every major bus line runs right through Charles Village. Honestly, you might not need to leave very often - there are tons of bars, music venues, and the Baltimore Museum of Art all right here.

I'm right next to campus, so there are a lot of security patrols, and it feels very safe. Most of the renters in the building are students too, which helps.

Close to JHU, which means too many undergrads. But lots of older students and families too. Restaurants are decent. Public transit is good. Safety is above average for Baltimore.
